We simply connect the client and artists. We do not accept payments on behalf of artists or clients. Therefore we cannot issue refunds or offer any type of buyer / seller protection or arbitration.
We however reserve the right to remove any client or artist that has a history of complaints.
We recommend that you provide a clear expectation of payment and refund policy on your profile page or contact page as well as clear pricing to avoid issues or confusion.
If someone has contacted you via our platform (artist or client) and is doing something abusive or fishy please contact Support - with the entire contact history / email chain and we will do our best to prevent that behavior in the future on our platform.
